Booking Policy

To secure the initial appointment full payment is made at the time of booking. Follow up treatments are paid by cash or card at the end of the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give as much notice as possible.
Please note that the whole appointment fee is charged for missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.

Gift Vouchers

These are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunds given.
