Chaperone Notice
Women's Physiotherapy Reigate is committed to providing a safe, comfortable environment where clients can be confident that best practice is being followed at all times and the safety of everyone is of paramount importance.
All clients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any examination or treatment. The chaperone may be a family member or friend. On occasion, the client may prefer a formal chaperone to be present, i.e. a trained member of staff.
Wherever possible, the request for a formal chaperone needs to be made at the time of booking the appointment so that arrangements can be made. If a chaperone is not available at the appointment time, it may be necessary to reschedule the appointment.
To see a copy of the Chaperone Policy or to ask any questions regarding this, please contact Women's Physiotherapy Reigate.
